Mermaid Tail instructions:
Paint entire nail with Orly - It’s Up to Blue, and let dry.
To make the gradient, we don’t need a sponge! The glitters are not  that concentrated, so we can just brush them on in the shape we want :)
Take All About You, and paint a little moon at the end of the nail.
 Then, taking the next darkest color (Call You Later), continue down the nail, overlapping the previous color just a little bit.
 Continue until you reach the tip with the darkest color.
 Go over random spots on the nail with one of your middle colors (I used Nail Junkie) to make your gradient blend a little more.
 Cover with Seche Vite to bring out the sparkle!
